Ankush Mishra is a seasoned business leader, entrepreneur, and recruitment professional with over 20 years of professional experience spanning Human Resources, talent acquisition, technology, business operations, enterprise services, and organizational leadership.

As the CEO & Founder of MARS Recruitment, Ankush is responsible for shaping the company’s vision, strategic direction, business development, client relationships, and organizational growth. His leadership combines extensive corporate experience with a strong understanding of people, talent, business requirements, and organizational needs, enabling MARS Recruitment to build effective talent solutions for businesses across diverse industries.

Throughout his career, Ankush has held leadership and professional positions with reputed organizations including Datamatics, FCS Software Solutions Limited, HCL Technologies, IDC Technologies, and Stratosphere IT Services. These experiences have provided him with extensive exposure to corporate environments, workforce requirements, technology-driven organizations, human resources, recruitment processes, and international business operations.

Ankush holds a Commerce Degree and an MBA in Human Resource Management, supported by professional technology and management certifications. His academic and professional background includes Microsoft MCP & MCSE, Cisco CCNA, Software Diploma from NIIT, and Hardware & Electronics Diploma from Jetking. He has also completed SAP HCM training and certification from ATOS, strengthening his understanding of human resource management, enterprise systems, and business processes.

With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, Ankush has been actively involved in building, incubating, and developing businesses across India. His experience enables him to understand both sides of the recruitment ecosystem — the requirements of organizations and the aspirations of professionals — helping create meaningful connections between talent and opportunity.
